What is your online return policy?
Our returns policy lasts for 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since you received your items, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Customers must inform Zoetic of their intention to return items within 14 days from the date of delivery, and must then return the items within a further 14 days to qualify for a refund. Items must be returned in accordance with the requirements outlined below to the Zoetic return address listed on the return shipping label.
How many days do I have to return a product?
Customers have 14 days from the date of receiving items to return them. Refunds cannot be issued for products that are returned outside of this window.
Zoetic Online Return Conditions
Returned merchandise must meet the below requirements in order to be accepted for a refund:
- All items must be in original condition.
- Merchandise that has been used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
- Beauty products may only be returned if unopened and in their original packaging within 14 days from the date of delivery.
